Apian Labs Relay pricing is designed to be transparent so you can forecast reliability costs with confidence. This page summarizes usage tracking and how Relay fees are applied.
Relay fees
Apian Labs Relay charges per message accepted by the Relay API. Provider and carrier fees are billed by your providers. Apian bills only the Relay fee.
Usage tracking
The dashboard shows usage by segment, provider, and status. Use trace data and webhook events to validate usage in your internal analytics.
Billing lifecycle
Test mode includes conservative limits to protect against abuse. When you are ready for production traffic, complete go-live checks and add a payment method.
