Scope

This policy applies to SMS messages sent through Apian Labs Relay Canary Testing for internal quality and system-health validation.

Data We Collect

• Phone number (E.164 format).
• Message content and related metadata.
• Delivery status events and timestamps.
• Consent and keyword events such as STOP, HELP, START, and UNSTOP.

How We Use SMS Data

• Deliver internal canary test messages.
• Debug routing behavior and delivery failures.
• Maintain compliance audit records.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share SMS data only as needed to deliver messaging through providers and carrier networks, including Telnyx and Twilio. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Retention and Security

We retain SMS records for operational and compliance purposes and apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No security control is absolute.

Your Choices

• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for support instructions.
• Reply START (or UNSTOP) to re-subscribe where enabled.
